SANTAMANIA is a small-batch craft gin distilled using the purest grape nuetral spirit in perfect harmony with a selection of 13 fresh botanicals of the highest quality. Its new improved recipe results in a more intense and aromatic taste with an exceptional level of purity.
Copper distilled in authentic small batches of 736 numbered bottles in an artisan process that includes cold maceration and steam infusion of the botanicals. If you like really good gin, this one bears your name.

SANTAMANIA Gin RESERVA – SINGLE CASK is a London dry style gin, copper distilled in truly small batches from the finest Tempranillo grape neutral spirit and aged in small 220lt oak casks, without any solera or transfer processes.
Oak casks, previously used to age Pedro Ximénez Sherry, grant surprising notes and rich exquisite aromas, underlining the fresh juniper taste whilst conferring its unique amber colour.
Small-batch production of 465 numbered bottles.

Tasting notes:
Crystalline light amber colour obtained naturally through its barrel ageing process. On the nose, its aroma reminds of panettone, accompanied by citrus and floral notes and clear sophisticated hints of Spanish brandy. Smooth and delicate spice oak on the palate with initial hints of orange and cinnamon that progressively evolve into a sophisticated juniper aftertaste.

CRAFT PRODUCTION
Unlike the vast majority of gins, SANTAMANIA is not distilled from grain but with neutral grape spirit, more expensive, pure, exclusive and undoubtedly responsible for providing a unique and differential character to the gin.
The distillation is carried out in state-of-the-art copper stills with a fragmentation column, which allows a gin with a purity of 92% to be obtained before being hydrated with the best water from the Sierra de Madrid. The distillation process combines the maceration and steam infusion of botanicals, thus ensuring that SANTAMANÍA better retains the flavor and aroma of the natural botanicals with which it is made.
The aging process takes place in our cellar where we specialize in the use of Spanish oak barrels, mostly from the production of Pedro Ximénez Sherry, using the traditional single-cask process.
Once the barrels are emptied of wine, part of their essence remains in the wood. When these barrels are filled with SANTAMANIA, it is impregnated with its aroma, flavor and color. During the time that the Master sets until bottling, the gin will mature in the barrel, developing a full body and an exceptional variety of nuances that make it a unique RESERVA.
